Handmade 9″ Gluten Free cheesecake baked on a classic Graham cracker crust. We use premium ingredients only—Canadian cream cheese, real Madagascar vanilla, and real butter. The crust is made from Gluten Free Graham Crackers; it bakes together with the cheesecake for a softer, cohesive bite.
