Handmade 9″ low-rise cheesecake featuring a gently spiced Lotus (speculoos) cookie base and a silky vanilla cream-cheese filling. The crust bakes together with the cheesecake for a unified, tender bite. We finish it with a glossy layer of Lotus Biscoff spread and arrange whole Lotus biscuits on top—classic café style with caramelized, lightly spiced notes.
